Dickalo 2024: NA Royal FC emerged champions, set to represent Kwara State at YSFON competition.

 






NA Royal Football Club of  Ilemona Kwara State, has emerged has champions of Dickalo football championship 2024, edging out Abray FA 5-4 on penalty shoot-out at Kwara Football Academy pitch in Ilorin yesterday.


The NA Royal FC chairman who spoke through his personal assistant Mallam Abdullahi Suleiman, said, he's delighted with his side’s victory, adding that the club that  was formed about four months ago has  creditably done well.


He admitted that Abray FC gave his side good competition and   it was a real test for the team to get prepared ahead of  the league. 


“I am super excited with the performance of the team in the final; they have shown a high spirit of determination on the field".He said.


The General manager of the team, Alhaji Funsho Muhammed on his own part said the trophy is dedicated to the Chairman for his prompt support to the team.


The project Coordinator of the team, Alhaji Abdulrahman Rabiu while revealing his assessment on the club’s technical crew  commended their efforts  admitting that the club will continue to compete for honours.


He further assured the coaching crew of his support and promised to always be there for the team at all time.


NA Royal FC is one of the youngest team in Kwara State  with young players who had been doing credibly well in Kwara State and beyond, and  the team will represent the State in the forthcoming YSFON competition.
