Victor Okoye Honored as Commonwealth Youth Ambassador of Nigeria

Victor Okoye, Editor/Assistant Chief Correspondent with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) and Vice Chairman, Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) FCT, has been inducted as a Commonwealth Youth Ambassador of Nigeria (CYAN). The event took place in Abuja, where Victor Okoye, a seasoned journalist with a wealth of experience, was awarded and inducted as an ambassador during the CYAN conference.



Speaking to Deeonemedianews after the event, Ambassador Victor Okoye said, "I'm elated for this honor, award, and induction, which will pave the way for me to contribute more to humanity and represent millions of people, which has been my dream." He further stated, "The responsibility is huge, but with God and determination, I will deliver, because hard work and dedication have always been my watchwords."



Ambassador Victor Okoye is known for speaking truth to power and helping the downtrodden receive succor.

FCT FA Cracks the Whip: Duo Gets Indefinite Suspension for Gross Misconduct and Unsporting Behavior.

  The Federal Capital Territory Football Association (FCTFA) Ethics and Disciplinary Committee has suspended indefinitely  two of  their members, Babatunde Akintade Bocknor and Ezeh Ngozi Victoria. The allegations against them include misconduct during the bye-election for the 1st Vice Chairman position, which brought the association into disrepute. Additionally, they failed to appear before the committee despite receiving official invitations.
