Ebi Egbe, CEO of Monimichelle Sports Facilities Construction Limited, has dedicated his Newstap/SWAN Five Star Sports Award to the National Sports Commission (NSC), recognizing their efforts to transform Nigerian sports.

Egbe praised the NSC's transformation agenda, particularly under the leadership of Chairman Mallam Shehu Dikko and Director General Bukola Olopade, who were appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

"I want to dedicate this award to the National Sports Commission for the good job they're doing to reposition the country's sports sector," Egbe said, highlighting the significance of the NSC's efforts.

Egbe also commended the organizers of the award, stating that the recognition was an indication that his company's efforts were being appreciated by critical sports stakeholders.

"This award is too dear to me because it's coming from two reputable organisations who are also major stakeholders in Nigerian sports," Egbe said, emphasizing the importance of the award.

As one of the five awardees of the maiden Newstap/SWAN Five Star Sports Award, Egbe's dedication of the award to the NSC underscores his company's commitment to supporting the development of Nigerian sports.
